Very clean on the outside, lobby area & hallways. It's bigger than it looks so I got a little lost navigating the halls. The front desk staff (especially Hugh) is amazing & super friendly. It's convenient to a lot of things. My only "real" complaint was the beds in our room (325?) were well worn & should be replaced.

Loved this hotel. Great service, big indoor pool, hot tub. Also decided to eat dinner at the hotel, and was very impressed by how great the food was. I can honestly say that it was one of the best burgers I've ever had.

We were treated courteously by the staff at reception on our arrival. The attitude of the staff was very friendly and informative. The hotel room itself was everything we would expect, very comfortable and clean. All of the facilities at the hotel were first rate.

Hotel was great, wish I had known it would be filled with little girls (hockey tournament). They were playing hockey in the hallway outside my room till almost 10pm. Didn't get to use pool or hot tub as planned because it was overly crowed with kids. Front desk was very friendly. Bed was not as firm as I liked but overall great experience. Will be back.
